Would you like to develop a successful beauty project and build a career in the beauty and wellness industry?

We are launching the first body contouring studio on Koh Phangan and are looking for an active manager to organize its operations and support future growth.

Responsibilities:

Organize the studio’s operations: recruit and manage staff (administrators, specialists).
Liaise with regulatory authorities: obtain licenses and permits, ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee daily operations: control service quality and ensure a high level of customer service.
Handle client relations: address inquiries, manage feedback, and enhance customer experience.
Support marketing and HR tasks: assist in organizing marketing activities and recruiting staff.
Monitor financial performance: track income and expenses to maintain profitability.
Participate in the development of a studio network and the implementation of operational standards.

Experience in management or administration (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).
Computer skills and proficiency in office software.
Own laptop for work.
Conversational English for communication with clients and an international team.
Ability to organize team operations and handle daily tasks.

Phase 1: Opening the Studio from Scratch
1. Organizing the Opening Process:

Finding and leasing a suitable location, signing the rental agreement.
Overseeing renovations and interior design in line with the brand concept.
Purchasing and installing equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Selecting and contracting suppliers.
Obtaining all necessary licenses and permits to start operations.

2. Financial Planning:

Developing a budget for the studio’s launch.
Monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with the approved budget.

3. Hiring and Training Staff:

Recruiting employees (administrators, specialists, technical staff).
Organizing onboarding and training to maintain operational standards.
Creating work schedules for staff.

4. Marketing and Attracting First Clients:

Launching a promotional campaign for the studio’s opening.
Organizing presentation events and special promotions to attract initial clients.
Collaborating with bloggers and local influencers.

5. Operational Setup:

Implementing a CRM system for client management and process control.
Creating the studio’s work schedule and task distribution among employees.

Phase 2: Refining Processes and Standards in the First Studio
1. Developing and Implementing Standards:

Establishing service standards for client interactions and procedures.
Creating operational regulations for all employees.
Defining company policies (feedback handling, returns, complaint resolution).

2. Quality Control:

Conducting regular staff performance reviews.
Collecting and analyzing client feedback to improve operations.
Continuously enhancing service quality.

3. Financial Oversight:

Optimizing costs for consumables and operational processes.
Ensuring cash discipline and financial reporting accuracy.

4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Gathering and analyzing data on client flow, studio occupancy, and profitability.
Implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.

5. Preparing for Expansion:

Systematizing all processes to facilitate replication.
Creating manuals and training materials for future studios.

Phase 3: Scaling Through a Network and Franchise Model
1. Developing a Scaling Strategy:

Assessing regions for new studio openings (market potential, competition, demand).
Defining expansion models: corporate-owned studios or franchising.
Creating a franchise program (terms, support, training).

2. Launching New Studios:

Supervising the setup of new locations (corporate or franchise model).
Coordinating all processes, from site selection to staff training.

3. Network Management:

Overseeing operations across all studios (financial reporting, service quality, adherence to standards).
Implementing KPIs to measure each studio’s performance.
Organizing regular meetings with managers of different locations.

4. Brand Development:

Expanding brand presence in media and online platforms.
Developing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
Establishing partnerships and maintaining key client relationships.

5. Franchise Network Supervision:

Providing support to franchisees from launch to daily operations.
Ensuring compliance with franchise agreements and operational standards.

6. Continuous Service Improvement:

Researching and integrating new technologies and procedures.
Conducting training for network employees.
Facilitating knowledge exchange between studios.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Successful launch of the first studio within the set timeline and budget.
Achievement of financial and operational targets (occupancy rate, revenue, client base).
Development of a scalable model for expansion.
Opening of new studios or signing of the first franchise agreements.
Growth in overall network revenue and customer satisfaction.
